For this project, the “PARASITE CHAIR” was developed as a personal retreat within urban space—a lightweight object that temporarily attaches to existing structures. A minimal, reversible hanging system creates a calm place to pause, while the plywood seat and tensioned cords provide stability with a reduced material footprint. Designed to be non-invasive, adaptable, and easy to install, it offers flexible use wherever an appropriate mounting point is available.
